When will my order be sent?

We will always get your order on the way to you as soon as possible, and it will always be dispatched within 1-2 business days. If there are any delays, we will get in touch!

How do I know when my order is ready to collect?

If you have placed an order for collection, you will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected from Claridge Naturopathics. This can be collected between 9-5pm Monday to Friday.

Why are some items not avaliable for delivery?

Due to the size and weight of several products, unfortunately we are unable to post these items. In saying this, you are more than welcome to purchase them through our website and collect them from in clinic!
