ZERO Konjac lasagna sheets (or Shirataki lasagna sheets as they are sometime called) are a healthy, very low carb and calorie, allergen free alternative to traditional wheat and grain or egg based lasagna sheets. They are ideally as a replacement for lasagna sheets, but can also be used to make your own shaped noodles & pasta. Cut them up in whatever shape you like!

Purified Water, Certified Organic Konjac Fibre (from the root of the konjac plant), Food Grade Calcium Hydroxide.
