ZERO Konjac noodles (or Shirataki noodles as they are sometime called) are a healthy, very low carb and calorie, allergen free alternative to traditional wheat and grain or egg based noodles. They are ideally used in stir fries & soups but also they're also great with pasta sauces & salads. They're also perfect in Asian style noodle rolls.
Ingredients:
Purified Water, Certified Organic Konjac Fibre (from the root of the konjac plant), Food Grade Calcium Hydroxide.
